Only from now on (e.g. if it's already in done and change is set on transition to done - why should it trigger ;) ) In company managed workflows you can also create global loops - that's pretty powerful and can do things which are not available in bulk editions, more on that you can find…

That could be challenging since it requires logic to determine who is unavailable (e.g., tracking tickets with start and stop dates, or integrating with an external system). For assigning issues—if tickets are currently assigned automatically—you might need to adjust the process. This could involve verifying the assignee's…

Easy trick is to use JQ (try something that you are sure will return results in that field), Search for any issues, then: * search and show additional fields * switch to JQL view * click on the field name to sort it -> you will see the Id of the sorted field I used it a lot to merge duplicated and similar fields and check…

What about those ticket resolutions? The issue key would be strikethrough on board for resolved issues, but you can check the resolution next to issues status or in JQL if you add the resolution column. In Jira issue is not done/completed as long as the resolution is not set, so maybe when the sprint was closed not…

There’s probably an app for that - perhaps ScriptRunner offers a solution? Sorry, I couldn't provide more details; I’m more of a cloud-based admin ;)

Basically, Agents in Jira are responsible for working on issues - responding to customers, making public status changes, and performing actions that can be tracked with SLAs. There are numerous features designed to make an agent's life easier, and it's important to note that the Jira Service Management (SM) license is…

In Jira, you can name issue types however you like, and they can serve whatever purpose you need. However, by default, there is no "Test Case" issue type, nor are there any specific features designed for this type of task. There are plenty of apps available for testing purposes, and from personal experience, Xray seems to…

At first, I thought there might be an issue with the page itself, but I couldn't find any status page or anything on Downdetector for CertMetrics. Next, I checked my certifications to see if the site was working, and it seemed to be fine. My certifications on my Atlassian profile are still valid. So perhaps yours had…

Hi @Mike Clarkson, welcome to the Atlassian Community! The correct way is the 2nd option - like taxes. You pay max for the fulfilled tiers, then for the remaining users you pay the current tier price.

Hi @Fredric Zimmerman , welcome to the Atlassian Community! As it is App specific question I suggest reaching out to Xray support - go to the source :) If it's not possible they should confirm it, and if they had similar requests then maybe they can guide you towards some workaround

Nope, you need to update Java 8 and Java 11 end of support Jira 10.0 has been compiled with JDK 17 with Java 16 language level. This means that from now on you won’t be able to run Jira in lower Java versions (8 and 11). Check: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/supported-platforms-938846830.html

Hi @Amelia King , welcome to the Atlassian Community! I would check how the export format looks on issues created in Jira, then match it in the import file
