The bell was just a notification that something happened on that card that you had not seen: https://help.trello.com/article/793-receiving-trello-notifications

You probably have the filter on. Hit 'x' and it will clear. https://help.trello.com/article/972-filtering-vs-searching

I think there are some changes underfoot to make this visible up there. It could be you were in an experiment where they were testing it. The tldr; though is that right now, you can't customize that, and if you want to Filter the board (I think the changes also rename Search BACK to Filter, it's original name) you have to…

Have you tried contacting the Power-Up creator at commentonimage@gmail.com? Maybe they could add this feature.
-
(Or alternatively, you are logged into an account that no longer has access to the Board you want because a) you signed in with a different email address or b) you were removed from the Board)
-
In the Desktop app there is a way to set the "Start Board". It's in the Boards menu (not inside Trello window but the OS level Boards Menu. You have it set to a Board that was archived I bet. Choose "Reset Default Board" from that Menu.
-
Yes send it in on that support case you have open
-
Are you able to get to the account tab in iOS? There is a Diagnostic reports section which may give us more info.
-
No if the card doesn’t yet exist it won’t appear there.

I’m going to see if I can get the Atlassian Identity team involved (may take a bit) because after reading the case I can’t think of what else to try. Im pretty sure we need to get the account in a verified state on web first. Mobile is just going to complicate things. (One way to maybe reset the state is to do a password…

Right now, the only options are public, or you can invite them to your board (there is a link you can share with them so they can just join) and then the board can be private.
-
Is the board still in the team? If so, you can upgrade to the paid version to take ownership of the board. If not, and you are not on the board or not an admin, you cannot delete the board (but there is always an admin on a board).
-
Even if we had this feature, couldn't they just take a screenshot of the board?
-
You would want to remove them from the team members page, and then add them to the single board you want them on (using the invite link at top of board).
-
You can add anyone to a board regardless of free/paid status. If you are talking about billing related to Guests and Multi-Board vs. Single-Board Guests, please read this: https://help.trello.com/article/1123-multi-board-guests

I asked an apparently this is going through QA now so I'd expect it in the next app updates (or the one after that).

This should have the details: https://help.trello.com/article/1241-why-cant-i-create-a-board-outside-of-a-team-anymore

Not right now, but eventually we'll be able to fix this. Right now if you add anything to the card, it will revert to normal card. But we will be changing that where it can be both at the same time.
-
You need to purchase Business Class to get those features.
-
Ah ok. You want to post this question here then: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software/ct-p/jira-software

Hi Elena, You want to set your board's to be "team visible": https://help.trello.com/article/789-changing-the-visibility-of-a-board-to-public-private-or-team
-
Are you using the new Calendar view in the Business Class version or the old Calendar Power-Up? The Power-Up doesn't support Start Date.
-
Are you trying to do this in Trello or Jira Server?
-
Their status as Normal/admin has no effect on whether they are billable. Simple way to understand: 1. Are they a member of the team? Then billable. 2. If not 1, are they a member of more than one board in the team. Then billable. No other settings matter for billable-ness

This should help: https://help.trello.com/article/768-changing-the-admins-of-a-team-or-board
-
No, it's a paid service: https://unito.io/trello-sync
-
@Jacquie Polanco you could set up a Butler rule that just complained to people if they edited anything on the case once it was in the In Progress list? You could set up web hooks to have more custom control on that too in case you wanted to notify people in some other way.

Trello is fairly flexible so you have many options and it's hard for me to tell you exactly what to do without knowing more about who is using each tool for what. You can use Trello for project management or you can use it for process overview or a million other things. I'm going to guess there is some part of the process…
-
https://help.trello.com/article/749-deleting-your-trello-account for future reference you can just change the email on the existing account (you don’t need to make a new account)

You cannot lock cards in Trello. You can do things that undo changes to cards but it’s a bit hacky. You can think of the Trello card and the Jira ticket as two separate things. They can be linked but one can be edited without editing the other. You could use a syncing tool like Unito if you need them to match. Or try Link…
