What people can see is unrelated to their membership status as a paid member. If they are added to the team they are billable and they are a Team Member. If they are added directly to the board they are a Guest and whether they are billable or not depends on how many boards they are a Guest. Any member of a board (a Team…

If you add someone to the team they can see all team visible boards. If you add someone directly to a board and not to the team, they can only see that one board. This is called a Guest (of the team). If you add them to more than one board in the team then they would be a multi board Guest and you would pay for them. But…

Business Class applies to the workspace (currently called “team”). So just make a team and put the board you want BC on inside the team and then upgrade that team to BC.

We don't delete or overwrite cards. Can you show us in a screenshot?
-
I don’t think the Calendar Power-Up will get those features as we have separate code for the views and the future features will all going into the View code.
-
It’s only available on the latest version of Business Class. It sounds like you may be on an older plan from years ago. If you contact support they can move you to the latest Business Class which has all the features we have been adding over the past few years (but is likely a different price than you are paying now).

You can attach the file using a Cloud service like google drive or box or Dropbox. Or you could move your doc into Google Docs. Take the google doc URL and paste it as the title of a card and you can even edit it right inside trello.

I figured it out. It looks like Chrome changed the way you make this work. Instead of typing 't' and then 'space'... You have to type 't' and then 'tab'...

Sorting by Start Date - I'll add as a feature request. Adding Time to Start Date I'll add as well, but product decision was to not add this. This thread is super long and pretty old (and forum software doesn't deal with long posts well)... I'd be happy to discuss in a new topic if you want to add one if you find other…

Trello has Start Dates and Due Dates. https://help.trello.com/article/1244-calendar-view#add-start-end-dates
-
I followed that link and it seems to be a thread asking for start dates, which we added: https://help.trello.com/article/1244-calendar-view#add-start-end-dates

You can only see closed boards in the menu that you were a board admin on.
-
I'm not seeing this ... when you hit enter does it show a url or how exactly does it break?
-
I think the answer is no. You’d have to make a user - but if you just add that user to one board only and not the team then you wouldn’t pay for them. If you use a Power-Up that does the same thing, maybe @Iain Dooley knows... eventually we will have Power-Up actions show as the Power-Up (I’m not sure if this shipped yet…

See the yellow box here: https://help.trello.com/article/829-using-trello-with-google-calendar We are moving some things around and reworking some of this too over the next few months to make this experience better.

What do you see when you click “Add Card” at the bottom of that list?
-
By default, Trello would not do this. Either you have a Butler automation set up, or you have something syncing things (like Unito) that is updating the card when you add yourself to it.
-
Like email in gmail, when your boards are archived, they do not disappear forever. But you have to go to the closed boards and reopen them to use them again. You can only reopen them if you have less than 10 boards (or if you upgrade to Business Class).
-
Can you share a screenshot of the board where it would show you as a member at the top? And also a screenshot of the bottom of one of the lists where it usually says "+ Add another card"
-
Unfortunately, no. Advanced checklists are only available in Business Class. We are also shipping a load of new features today for Business Class. Stay tuned on the blog.

I don't think you can do this given the constraints you set out. You could make the template public, but that violates "The board should only be visible for team members and visitors." You could add them to the team, and make the template "team visible", but that violates " we want them not to be a member of the team". You…

You have to invite the email address of the account he signed up with. That virtual user is not his account. Let me give an example to demonstrate: 1. You invite bobsmith@gmail.com to your board. This account doesn’t have a trello account. We add a “virtual” user to your board for that account. 2. they sign up for trello…

I just was able to see what you see and it is because you are a Guest on the board and not a Team Member.
-
Each "Team" (soon to be named Workspace) starts out as free, but can be upgraded to Business Class. If you pay to upgrade a Team, then you pay for all the people in the Team to have access to the paid features that are applied to that Team. The only exception is if you add a person to ONLY ONE board, you do not have to pay…

"is it possible to have a Team table the shows boards of every teams or do I have to move all the boards in one Team" You have to move all the boards into one Team. If you go into the boards, you can change which Team they are part of, but yes, if you want to see across those boards because the work is related, it should…
-
You should make a team with your personal account and move the boards into that team.
-
I don’t think you need a powerup or extension for the first thing. Separator cards: set the title to three dashes. title cards: write your title. Pick a card color and make the cover a full card cover. for the list coloring you won’t find a powerup that does that. There is currently no api way to change the list color…

Yes. You can try it out by turning on Airplane Mode on your phone.

I am guessing you are using Android. While both iOS and Android support offline mode, Android even has a way to say "Make sure this board is always available offline". Out of curiosity, if you are using Trello for something interesting, I'd love to know what it is....
