Each subscription works on a single Workspace. But remember that Workspace can hold unlimited boards. If you need to group boards within a Workspace I suggest trying Collections, but usually in most cases I believe most people should only need a single Workspace.

You can change how often you get notification emails on your Account settings page. You can also set your notification email preferences by clicking the notifications button in the header and selecting "Change notification email frequency". Options are "Never", "Periodically", and "Instantly." "Periodically" is the…

Currently we don't have a way to "cancel" a free trial. If you don't need to use the paid features you have during the trial, then you can just pretend like it's cancelled. I'm sure if you contact support some time in future and explain your situation they can likely restart a trial for you.

Everyone looking at the board should see the same view. The only explanation I have for what you are seeing are a) one of your devices is offline or something is broken so that it is online, but the app itself thinks it is offline b) you have two boards which look the same (i.e. you made a copy of the board) but the urls…

Users aren’t free or paid. Workspaces are free or paid and any user can belong to any Workspace. If a user belongs to a paid Workspace then they are a billable user. I think the answer to what you are asking is likely that you have to pay for users you collaborate with. The only way you wouldn’t have to pay for users on a…

If I remember correctly we don't rely on the browser expiration for this - we do it server side and it's much shorter, like 30 days.
-
I'm slightly worried that the way you are asking the question means I might give you an answer which confuses you. Whether someone is set to be an Observer or not on a board has no effect on whether that person is billable. Just to recap: Workspaces hold boards. All boards are in a Workspace. Free Workspaces can only hold…

Can you paste a screenshot to show us what you mean?

When you say "it does not add the dashcard icon" do you mean the button on the top of the board? You can turn this on/off in the Powerup menu. https://help.trello.com/article/810-enabling-power-ups -> select show on board.

You do not need to pay in order to make a board public. Just know that making a board public means the entire world can see it!
-
You have a "filter" turned on. Click the x to turn off the filter in the top right of the board. Or type the 'x' on your keyboard to clear all filters: https://trello.com/shortcuts
-
You cannot do that on one board. You need to use multiple boards to make it so people can only see certain information.

Pricing is PER USER. You can find all the details here: https://trello.com/pricing or on your billing page.

Can you try to add her using her full email address? Are you unable to add anyone?

Go to id.atlassian.com and login there - then after that go to trello.com. Had you already converted your trello account to an atlassian account?
-
Can you try to login to Trello from an incognito window? Then add the powerup and connect that way? If you do it all in an incognito window and it works, then its likely some cookie weirdness and Id have you delete you Trello and Slack cookies/cache (which you might have to do in both Chrome and Safari depending on your…

There is a limit of 15,000 checklists per board. It sounds like you might have gone over that? https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/trello/guides/rest-api/limits/ You could make a new board and move over your active stuff to that board.

This should help get those Workspaces into the Enterprise: https://help.trello.com/article/1108-upgrading-an-enterprise-workspace#:~:text=To%20request%20an%20upgrade%2C%20a,from%20the%20drop%2Ddown%20menu. Yes, a Workspace Admin is different than an Enterprise admin. Think of the containers like this: Enterprise has…

When you click the bell icon in the top right of your board, what do you see? Can you paste a screenshot?
-
I'm not sure if it is - but I do know that this is one of the most advanced add-ons for Trello's calendar: https://planyway.com/

Can you paste a picture or screenshot of what you are seeing?

Each trello board has a unique URL, so for example it might look like https://trello.com/b/ABCD9Jb4/sample-board See the part where it says: ABCD9Jb4? That is the UNIQUE board id. I think maybe you didn't copy the board - you just moved it, so there is only ONE board. But you can make sure for yourself. Go to the board you…

That looks like a credit - there is a minus sign in front of the dollar amount. I think you probably deactivated a user maybe and then you received a partial credit for the remainder of when you paid for them. It could also be that you added someone and you already had a yearly subscription, so you were charged for the…

In the future, look at the top of your board (toward the right) and you will see the filter and there is also an X you can click to turn it off. The keyboard shortcut to turn ON the filter is F.

You'll need to contact Trello support via the form at https://trello.com/contact

As long as there are other admins for the Workspace, you will be fine.

If you had Enterprise, you would only pay once.

https://help.trello.com/article/1004-creating-collections-for-business-class-teams You could use Collections for the different Areas. Yes, there is an additional cost for each user in each Workspace. There is no charge to create a Workspace because when you first create it, the Workspace will be a free Workspace with no…
