Your boards are likely closed, not missing: https://help.trello.com/article/781-reopening-a-closed-board We are also introducing a new pricing plan that is similar to Gold (but different) later this summer. But at the moment, a Business Class Workspace has unlimited boards. You can close some boards, to reopen others. Or…

I think your boards are just closed. We don't delete Trello information, so just go to the closed boards section and re-open them: https://help.trello.com/article/781-reopening-a-closed-board Remember that free Workspaces can only hold 10 open boards, so you may have to a) upgrade b) move boards to a new Workspace or c)…

There are two possible issues: The more likely issue is your boards are closed. So you can just go to the closed boards and reopen them. https://help.trello.com/article/781-reopening-a-closed-board Remember that a Workspace can only hold 10 open boards, so you may have to close a different board first, or move some boards…

Try logging into Trello in an incognito window. The fact that the contact form won't display AND the trello boards won't load leads me to believe there may be an issue with a browser extension (or your browser cache could need to be cleared). You could also try in a different browser (like if you are using Chrome, try…

This message is a generic message that we are fixing. If you are the only one on the private boards, then you can ignore. It is for cases where say a team member has a private board - when you have business class the business class admin can get access to that board - but in a free workspace they cannot. I’m sorry we made…

At the very bottom of the page there is a link to skip.

Are both boards in a Workspace? Same thing if both are in same workspace?
-
You can get updates periodically: https://help.trello.com/article/793-receiving-trello-notifications or you could use the reports feature of Butler to send a report daily.
-
When we finish the migration so all boards are in workspaces this is something that we can fix up eventually. It would be nice for the quota to be a workspace level thing rather than a personal thing but there are a bunch of changes we need to make.
-
If the person had access to the board and deleted the content then unfortunately it is gone (unless you are using a service like rewind.io) You May be able to gather some old info from email notifications. I’m sorry they did that to you.

It’s not an error. It just means that your user account isn’t currently a member of the Workspace (but you are a guest on one of the boards). When they add you to the second board in the Workspace they will then be paying for your account (currently your account is free in that Workspace).
-
Can you post a screenshot? try in an incognito window to rule out the extension
-
That is only used for which template boards are first suggested to you when you sign up. You don’t have to worry about changing it as it isn’t used anywhere else.
-
There is no limit and no charge if they are only on one board. If you add them to another board they will be billed for.
-
All boards are being moved into workspaces. A free workspace can hold up to 10 open boards. https://help.trello.com/article/1237-why-cant-i-create-a-board If you close some boards or move your boards to different workspaces to be under the limit, you can cancel the Business Class trial. (Note Business Class isn’t just for…

Go to trello.com, Next to your Workspace click "Settings" Choose the tab that says "Billing".

In a free workspace all team members are admins. If you have a paid workspace, you can make others normal members. If you are in a free workspace, the easiest way to resolve this is to ask someone still on the board to add you back.

(There's some weird mail error messages from your company's email server on your duplicate account email address which might prevent it from receiving email: SMTP; 554 5.4.14 Hop count exceeded - possible mail loop ATTR34 [**.protection.outlook.com] Unfortunately I cannot parse that to know why it's helpful other than our…

I would go to id.atlassian.com and log in with your normal jeff.seal@company email address and then visit trello. I'm not sure why you have the +duplicate account, but sounds like it is an empty shell account. Why you didn't get our response from back in May for ticket 59878, I don't know. I've asked support to see if they…

Fix should be going out soon (if not already).

Can you log in? If not, can you show me your email that you are using (you can edit out some characters so you don't have to post the full thing, like micha******or@gmail.com ) and what is the error or steps that are resulting in "cannot get back into our boards"? like do you end up logged in, but can't see the boards? do…

Is it the same as the screenshot here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Trello-questions/Wondering-if-that-s-a-bug-and-if-Trello-is-aware-of-that/qaq-p/1727402 I'm using this version of Chrome: Version 91.0.4472.106 (Official Build) (x86_64) And I can't reproduce. What if it's a new card on a new board? Same behavior?
-
Which browser and version of browser are you using?
-
Close. You don’t need to delete them. The limit applies to open boards.
-
You will lose the feature that Access provides but no, they won’t lose the ability to access Trello.
-
This is our fault because the naming created the wrong perception but just for posterity the “personal” setting in Trello did not mean a board just for you. We never had a setting that only allowed you to add yourself. The history is that when we added “Teams” (now workspaces) we labeled boards that were not in Teams as…
-
Yes, like many other web applications (Dropbox, slack, jira, and our competitors) our billing model is a per user model. If you only add a collaborator to one board, they won’t be billable. So if you don’t want to pay for them, only add them to one board or alternatively you can collaborate with them in a separate free…
-
Another user on the board has an automation set up that is removing the labels. We will do better here in the future to show you this so you don’t have to ask us - but in this specific case that is why it is happening. Currently the only way for you to fix this on a free board is to ask the other members to remove their…

Hi Giovanni, We don’t really have any live setups like that but we’ve recorded a bunch of videos and webinars you can watch: see trello.com/webinars
