You are allowed 10 boards in a free workspace. I believe if the migration happens automatically (Ie you don’t move the boards beforehand) and you have exactly 10 then we start a Business Class trial for you because otherwise you wouldn’t be able to make any more boards. I believe if you move the boards yourself then it…

You could create a workspace for you and your assistant and also a personal one. If you have less than 10 boards it won’t put you in a business class trial (if you have exactly 10 it will still put you in a trial)
-
Since free workspaces are limited to 10 boards (paid workspaces have no board limit), you would either need to - create multiple workspaces - close more boards - upgrade to Business Class I believe if you do nothing, you will be enrolled in a Business Class trial and your boards will all move into one Workspace. Nothing…

" I tired your support instructions" - It must still tell you to email us instead of using https://trello.com/contact - which is the current way to contact us. Can you tell me where you found the instructions to email us (instead of using the form) so I can fix it? https://help.trello.com/article/1132-non-profit-discount

If they are in a workspace that you control, you can upgrade the workspace to Business Class, or you could create a new workspace, move everything over, and abandon the old one.
-
Ah ok solved. This is intentional because we decided we didn’t want people to be in position where they couldn’t create a new board, so we start the trial at 10. But the wording in the email is a bug then. Thanks for reporting.
-
I think currently that is one feature where the Business Class feature follows you around. So yes it is normal, but it’s also confusing and that’s our fault (not yours). We will fix this (in a good way for everyone) later this year.
-
If you have a free workspace then the Business Class features are not available on any boards in that workspace (and you don’t pay for members or guests in that workspace). If you have a Business Class workspace then all the boards in that workspace have the Business Class features and you pay for the people who have…

No. The limit only applies to open boards.
-
We have “watching” at the card, list and board level. I believe if you add someone to a card, it also “watches” it at the same time but you can unwatch a card even if your face is on it. (I should test this…)
-
Is it possible the email was for a different Workspace ? Or maybe an older email which is connected to a different account?
-
Can you add a screenshot of what a subcard is?
-
It just went to our internal Atlassian team. It’s imminent after some testing.
-
I think you are looking for Dashcards.

Did someone turn off the Custom Fields Power-Up or did you have more than one Power-Up turned on and now you no longer have Gold? If you re-enable the Custom Fields Power-Up the fields should reappear (with their values still set).

We made a decision to enroll Workspaces that had more than 10 boards in them into a trial to let the users move forward. I think based on how you describe it, at the time you finished the migration to Workspaces, that one had more than 10, so the trial started to allow that, and then you may have closed or moved other…

Hi Allison, No it doesn’t mean that. The limit applies to each workspace. If you have more than 10 boards in a workspace and you have Business Class or a Business class trial for that workspace, the extra boards will be closed. (They can be reopened but you may have to close other boards to get to the limit.) You could…
-
Do you see a link at the bottom of either the Empresa or the Espaco Workspace to see your CLOSED boards? In the screenshots you sent it would be lower on the page... https://trello.com/my/boards might have it too. Also, do you have the link to the board in your email?
-
Yes, you can have one paid workspace and one free workspace. (Technically you can create or be a member of multiple paid workspaces, and multiple free workspaces)
-
I think when you set a due date it automatically adds you to the card.
-
Are you setting a due date in the automation?
-
I suspect you may be logged in under a different account that used to have access or the board owner removed access. Contact support with the board url and they can investigate if you can’t figure it out. HTTPS://Trello.com/contact
-
No that’s not quite right. A free workspace is limited to 10 boards. A business class workspace can have unlimited boards. There are no limits to number of workspaces.
-
Oh. I don’t know how to do that.
-
If you click the invite button at the top of a board, there is a link you can share with them so they can join themselves.
-
The message would be different (not board not found I think). My guess is either a) logged in under different account without realizing it, or b) board owner accidentally removed you from the board.

The ones marked Bonus don’t count toward the Power-Up limit but when you have Business Class, one of the features is unlimited Power-Ups. re: payment - it depends on the Power-Up. Since people outside of Trello and Atlassian can make Power-Ups and charge for them.
