The paid subscription works on the Workspace and the boards within that Workspace. So if you want the board to have paid features, you purchase the paid subscription for the Workspace the board is in OR you move the board or a paid Workspace. You have to pay for all members of the Workspace.
-
Not yet, I think you need to do it on the web. You can probably do it through a web browser on the Android phone though.
-
The only thing I can think of is either there is a bug and you need to remove/re-add the Trello app to Teams or your MSFT admin has somehow disabled Trello? Here's what I see:
-
You will pay for Premium for the workspace, and it is billed by the number of members in the Workspace (similar to apps like Slack for example). So if you decide to upgrade to Premium, you most likely will be paying for your colleague as well. There is one way to not pay for them if they are only on ONE board and you add…

There are multiple ways to get to your boards now. At the top of the page, see where it says "Recent" or "Starred" -> that dropdown will either take you to recent boards, or boards that you Star. Also on the sidebar on the left (can use keyboard to open/close with '[' character, or click the '>>' on the left), it will list…

Given the constraints you require, Jira Work Management may be a better fit. https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/work-management

I made no changes.

If you log in with your personal email what do you see?

I’ve seen this happen before when people had two different boards that both had the same name. So they thought that they were updating the board named “Company Work” on both devices but they were actually two different boards. You could change the board background to make sure you are looking at the same board on all…

No a new browser window isn’t the same and could be what is causing us to not understand where you are stuck. if you are using Safari go to the new window menu and choose new private window. If chrome, choose new incognito window. You have to do it all in incognito/private so the cookies that are already set aren’t getting…
-
So to be clear if you open an incognito window and go to id.Atlassian.com you can log in fine and then after you logged in visiting Trello.com in that same browser shows you your boards. Is that all correct? Are you doing all of that in the incognito window?
-
1. Go to id.Atlassian.com in an incognito window - 2. log in and only after you log in successfully and then go to Trello.com. 3. If it tells you the password is incorrect, then do a password reset. 4. log into the mobile app after you finally get into Trello with the Atlassian account and only use the Atlassian…

On mobile the easiest thing may be to delete the app and reinstall which would let you log in again (and just use your Atlassian account credentials)
-
Try going to id.atlassian.com and logging in with the same email you use at Trello. Or if it says you have an account already, then try resetting the password. It says you need to connect them now because we let people voluntarily move their accounts over for the past year and now we are forcing the move to get the final…

You can set them as an observer on your board, but we don't have a way for them to be able to edit (and not delete) cards. Jira has more fine grained controls though that might be better suited to this.

No.

The workspaces are paid or free. Since you made a second one, and didn’t sign up for a subscription for it, then it is free and any boards in that Workspace are just normal old free boards. Note that free Workspaces only hold 10 boards.
-
Nope you don’t need another account. Just create a new Workspace. By default it will be free. Put a board in there and you are done. Maybe you want to name your workspaces something so you remember.
-
You can cancel your paid subscription or you can make a new free Workspace and put the free boards into that Workspace. The paid subscription is on the Workspace (not on your account per se).

You’d use a paid account to get access to the paid features of Trello. https://trello.com/en/pricing If you don’t need any of the paid features then you can use the free version. It’s the same as an application like Slack - you can use the free version or upgrade to paid - but if you use the paid version you pay for the…

Enter a title first and it will work.
-
The new design only lets you see one Workspace at a time. You can still switch between boards using the Starred and Recent menu across Workspaces.

Gold wasn’t a workspace level subscription (one of the reasons we scrapped it and replaced with Standard). Also there was no auto migration because Standard works differently and bills differently. My advice is to email support and ask them to help you get a prorated refund for Gold and then sign up for Standard.

First open an Incognito window and go to Trello. Can you record the screen showing the problem in a loom maybe or upload a screenshot of the behavior in the incognito window? If it doesn’t happen in the incognito window, one of your extensions is causing a problem.
-
Also for clarification so I can make sure something isn’t wrong, when you said support wasn’t effective, can you give more details? Do you have a ticket number?
-
As far as I know, at that size the only way to pay is via credit card.
-
Are you able to make a video (like with loom) and link it so we can see what you mean?
