A “guest” of a workspace is a person who is not a member of a workspace but has joined a single board in the workspace. If someone is added as a member of the workspace then they are a member of the workspace. Ie if you added someone to the workspace - they would be a full member. The only way to be a guest is to be added…

I believe there is a Workspace setting that doesn’t allow guests to join boards in that workspace and I think that’s why you are getting this error. You’d have to change that setting in the Workspace settings page (by default it does allow Guests).

Can you give me a ticket number so I can look? (As far as I know, we didn't normally do it this way, so I'm surprised you were told to do it like this.)
-
We don’t name any of the Workspaces automatically so it’s odd that you ended up with those very specific names. Did someone invite you to those Workspaces?
-
When you submit a ticket you should get back a reply with your ticket number - do you have that?
-
Sure - here is the link: https://help.trello.com/article/752-changing-the-team-to-which-a-board-belongs

You need to move the board into your Business' Workspace: https://blog.trello.com/teams-in-trello-101

Maybe this helps: https://help.trello.com/article/1090-unable-to-edit-a-workspace-board#:~:text=To%20do%20that%2C%20open%20the,a%20member%20of%20the%20board.

If you are already logged into Trello, I suspect that it should still work fine. I suppose there may be some issue if you haven't logged in and try to log in while the transfer is happening?
-
Not really. You are watching the board, the lists, or the cards. Any actions on them will be sent through.
-
Any chance you can post a screenshot?

The Premium subscription is for each Workspace. Maybe you are looking at boards in a different Workspace?

Two things: 1. Apple sign in can actually use a fake email address for privacy purposes. Apple lets you choose whether you make the account with a real email or not. 2. I’m not sure if you didn’t sign up with Apple ID in the beginning that you can use Apple ID to log in. I think you need to use your email and the password…

Yes, it doesn't charge you a fee if you invite someone directly to a board but they are only on ONE board in your Workspace. Guests are people that are invited directly to boards, but are not members of the Workspace. Workspace members are people that have been invited to the Workspace. If you have a Guest on only one…
-
If you make the board public, then you can just give the people the link (do not use the "invite" mechanism to invite them to the board - just give them the URL). Note that Google will also see this board. If they just visit the URL, they will not be able to edit the board.
-
Generally features that are available in Premium don’t stay after you revert to free. In this case though it won’t matter because all members in a free workspace ARE admins. So after the trial all of the members would have admin capabilities. There isn’t a distinction between normal and admin in a free workspace.

How can you remove this on the web?
-
Under the Help menu there is a link to export logs. Can you do that and send to us using https://trello.com/contact ?
-
We have had some downtime and we are working to make that better. We do have systems that allow us to prioritize traffic for our paid customers during those times, but regardless our intent is to have zero downtime for all users.

I'd like to look into this: "I've emailed the support team multiple times and never get a response". We don't have a way to email directly, so just want to confirm - are you using an email address or are you using the contact support button on our contact page to send in a request? When you do that, you'd get a response…

Can you paste a screenshot of part of your board without any info you don't want to share publicly?

Can you paste a screenshot?

Atlassian purchased Trello about five years ago, so I don't really agree that any problems you are seeing would be a consequence of that. Regardless, I would like to understand more about the problems. Today I'm not aware of any outages, so if you are having some kind of trouble, please paste some diagnostics like…
-
Also please note that all boards are set to private by default. You have to double confirm if you set a board to be publicly visible.

The fix is actually a pretty major piece of work. Not sure you want the details but we changed the way attachments work so when you request the url for the attachment you have to be signed into Trello. It used to be that attachment urls could be seen by anyone with the url. So for example Slacks servers could read our…

We aren't currently working on them at the moment because of other priorities. I will try to update this thread if that changes though!

https://help.trello.com/article/1263-moving-to-workspaces Also, Trello Gold is going away: https://help.trello.com/article/1323-what-to-do-if-your-gold-membership-is-ending You can close some boards to reopen the others, or you can upgrade to Standard, or you could create more Workspaces.

It’s pretty buried to delete a workspace so I suspect (but don’t know) that you didn’t delete the workspace. Can you share a screenshot of what you see and what you expect to see?
-
And when you turned it off, it’s fixed?
