Hi, This should help: https://help.trello.com/article/1263-moving-to-workspaces If you pay for Business Class then all your boards will open in that one workspace. Unless you move boards to another workspace then any boards in a free workspace that are the least active will be closed. You can still access them but you’d…

Also if you are a non profit make sure you are getting the non profit discount.

You have a lot of other options if you don’t want to pay but the idea is if you are collaborating with someone who is getting paid features then at some point you need to pay for them. - make another free workspace and collaborate there - use the external share powerup from https://powerups.club - use benkoboard - make…

Yes if a user is on more than one board they will be a billable guest. https://help.trello.com/article/1123-multi-board-guests Unless you found a bug somewhere there is most definitely a prompt when you go to add the person to the second board that tells you they will be billed.

In Chrome, this is under the View menu. View->Actual Size.

"Business Class Workspace admins are able to close any board within their Workspace, even if they are not an admin of that particular board or if it is a 'private' board within the Workspace." https://help.trello.com/article/777-closing-a-board Alternatively, create a new workspace, move your boards into it, and abandon…

You should contact support. I suspect you had more than one email attached to your account, and now that we consolidated emails to a single email per account your old account is connected to a different email address than the one you are using. Support can look that up: https://trello.com/contact

https://help.trello.com/article/793-receiving-trello-notifications "All comments from other users" You can't notify yourself because you already know you did it :) Also to notify groups of people, use @board or @card
-
No your boards will not be deleted. The least used boards over 10 will be automatically closed. You can reopen them though if you either close a different board to get under the 10 board limit or move them to another free workspace that is below the 10 board limit.

@Andrea Crawford if you pay monthly, it’s 12.50 per user per month.

There are ways to give people access to the content in a read-only way as well without adding them to your workspace: https://trello.com/power-ups/60d93bb780ee244d5d2b1edd

We do offer one business day support for Business Class customers. In your situation though I don’t think there is anything out policies would allow us to do to help you. The only info we have to verify you are your email and password. If you forget your password we can send you an email. If you lose access to both, we…

You are 100% right. I didn’t read it carefully enough. Sorry I don’t think we have anything like that.

I believe you found some info on cards that you had on a Public board. You can still make boards that are set to Public in a Private Workspace. https://help.trello.com/article/789-changing-the-visibility-of-a-board-to-public-private-or-workspace And after you make the board private, once google has indexed it, they keep…

Eventually we will support this (it's called multi-board calendar internally). Right now, my suggestion is Planyway - which will likely be much more full featured than even our multi-board calendar. Either way, both of those options will be paid features.

You probably want this: https://www.reddit.com/r/trello/comments/ogah5v/i_built_a_powerup_that_lets_you_create_readonly/
-
Or you could use browser window and desktop app
-
Chrome lets you have profiles for different windows so you could do this with two chrome windows logged into diff chrome profiles.

Can you add another app tab to test it out? I’m trying to figure out if it’s just a general issue with your browser or Teams account or if it is specific to the Trello app in Teams somehow (but not other app tabs).
-
Are you a member of the Workspace the boards are in? If so, you could upgrade to Business Class and that would get you access.
