Hi @Calvin Burns , Thanks for reaching out! The "Run JQL" action had to be changed recently to a more modern API. As part of this, the return value of the action has changed from a list of issues to a more complex value. The action now returns multiple different pieces of data: * The list of issues that matched the JQL *…

Hi @Jean Gagne , Thanks for raising this! I've forwarded this issue to the appropriate team to have a look at it. Regards, Simon

Hi Glenne, Based on the URL you shared, it looks like your company is using Jira Data Center, not Jira Cloud. There is a separate app in the App Store for Jira Data Center called "Jira Data Center". Could you give that one a try? Hope that helps, Simon

Hi @R.M Enterprises , I am not aware that links to Dropbox aren't supported. Could you please: * Open Settings in the Jira app * Make sure "Shake to send feedback" is enabled * Open the ticket with the link * Shake your device to take a screenshot and open the feedback screen * Send the feedback to us We'll then be able to…

Hi @Mahanth Prudhvi P , Great questions! The Jira Cloud mobile apps are free to use with any of our Jira plans. There is no need to upgrade your subscription. In terms of improving the security, we do offer both MDM and MAM. - MDM (Mobile Device Management) is free for all plans.…
-
Hi Mahanth, I'd also like to point out that we have Jira Cloud apps for both iOS and Android: https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/mobile-app. They will provide a better user experience than using web on mobile. Cheers, Simon
-
Hi @Jackie Stuart , Thanks for the question! AI for our mobile apps is something we're looking into but we don't have a timeline to share yet. Thanks, Simon
-
Hi @Jean Gagne and @nwright_hgs , We've identified the issue and will make a change in our backend that should restore the original behaviour. Until we've resolved the issue, you will see the "Create subtask" menu item again. The change should be active already. You might have to force quite the app twice for it to be…
-
Hi @Jean Gagne , Could you please check if you see a "Create child issue" option in the menu instead? Technically, subtasks in team-managed projects are called "child issues" but our app did not reflect the correct name until recently. Thank you, Simon
-
Thanks @Jean Gagne for letting me know!
-
Hi @Jean Gagne , Thank you for pointing this out! We're working on adding the Request Type field to our Create Issue experience so it can be selected before the issue is created. Please keep an eye on future app updates. Thank you, Simon
-
Hi @Jean Gagne , I am sorry you ran into an issue with our app. Could you please let me know what type of issue it is you're trying to add a subtask to? Is it an Epic or more like a Story, Task or Bug level issue? Also, do you know if you're using a company-managed or team-managed project? Thank you, Simon
-
Hi Torley, Thank you for reaching out! I apologise, this is a bug in the iOS app. "Create child issue" should indeed create a child issue instead of a subtask. The team is aware of the bug and will start working on it shortly. I hope this helps, Simon

Hi Marek, In order for the Shortcut action to list available projects and issue types, you need to select your account and Jira site details by expanding the action with the triangle button at the end of the action summary, like this: Once that is added, tapping on Project or Issue Type should show you a list of options. I…
-
Hi @François Rousselet , Thanks for giving that a go. The next step would be to check if the Due Date field is visible in the Jira app for the issue you're trying to access. Can you see the Due Date field in the app? Can you also please make sure you have the latest version of the app from the App Store please? Thank you,…
-
Hi François, I assume you have set your Jira language to French in your Atlassian Account setting? In this case, the Due Date field is translated to "Date d'échéance". You should see the field have that name if you open the issue on the web. The Shortcut action expects the field name as it is displayed on the web, so in…

Hi Ionesi, I am sorry you ran into an issue with our app. We have identified and fixed an issue in our backend this morning that seems to be related to what you are describing. Could you please try to open the issue again? Please let me know if the description still does not show up. Thank you, Simon
-
Hi Edie, Thanks for your feedback! Unfortunately, we don't support the list view on our mobile apps yet but I'll forward your feedback to the appropriate team. Thanks again, Simon
-
Quick update on this issue: The bug has been identified and fixed in version 177 of the app which is scheduled to be released next week.
-
Hey @Neil Simpson, would you be able to post the full shortcut so I can have a look? Thanks a lot, Simon
-
Hi Jean, I am sorry you ran into an issue with the app. Would you be able to send us feedback through the app please? Specifically, can you open the Create Issue screen and shake your phone to open the feedback form? Picker-type fields should be supported on that screen so I am curious what is going on there. Thank you,…

Hi Arnd, Thanks for calling this out. Unfortunately, we currently don't have separate documentation for it but I'll forward your request to the team. As for the parent field, unfortunately, it is currently not supported via shortcuts. I'll have a look if it can be added. Thank you, Simon
-
Hi @Thomas Andre Peelen I've added support for changing user fields (including Assignee). This feature should roll out with version 171 of our app. Hope this helps, Simon
-
Hi Thomas, Thanks for raising this question! Like elyfar mentioned, setting the Assignee (or any other user field) is currently not possible, unfortunately. I'll make a note that this was requested and have another look if this is something we can start supporting. Thanks again, Simon
