@JP I've also added support for Date (used by Due Date) and Timestamp fields. These will be available in version 150 of our app which will be released in about 2 weeks. Hope this helps! Simon

Hi @JP , At the moment the following field types are supported (RO = Read-only / RW = Read-write): * Checkbox (RW) * Component (RW) * Issue Type (RO) * Label (RW) * Number (RW) * Option (RW) * Priority (RW) * Project (RO) * Resolution (RO) * Sprint (RO) * Status (RO) * Story Points (RW) * Text (RW) * URL (RW) * User (e.g.…

Hello, I am sorry you ran into this issue. We have identified a bug in our app related to displaying subtasks. The bug is fixed in version 147 of the app which is now available in the App Store. Please let me know if you’re still experiencing issues. Thank you, Simon
-
@Josh Allen I am sorry you hit this problem. Unfortunately, user fields (like Assignee) are currently read-only. I'll raise this as a feature request in our team.
-
Glad to hear! We're still looking into what could have caused this and will fix the problem in a future update. Thanks, Simon

Hi Heather, We investigated the issue and it looks like the app on your phone did not receive the most recent configuration. Could you please try to force-kill the app from the app switcher, relaunch the app, wait for 30 seconds, force-kill it again and relaunch it again? Please let me know if that fixes the issue. Thank…

Thanks Heather! We'll have a look and get back to you as soon as we know more.

Hi Heather, I am sorry you ran into an issue with our app. In order for us to investigate more, could you please try to attach a photo again and then shake your device when you see the error message? That will take a screen shot and open our feedback form. Once you have sent the feedback back to us we can have a closer…

Thanks Alex for the link. I'll talk to the team about this.

Hi Alex, Thanks for the feedback! For the macOS app, we're using Apple's Catalyst technology and until our app supports multiple windows, this is how Catalyst manages the lifetime of the app. I'll forward your feedback to the team. Thanks, Simon

For DC/Server, you can go to the Apple AppStore and click on Version History to get a full overview of recent changes: https://apps.apple.com/au/app/jira-server/id1405353949 The Google PlayStore does not seem to have a similar overview unfortunately.

Hi, You can find the version history for the iOS app here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-ios/docs/whats-new-in-jira-cloud-for-ios/ And for Android, you can find it here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-android/docs/whats-new-in-jira-cloud-for-android/ Hope this helps! Simon

Hi Rachel, I am sorry you ran into this bug. We have found the problem and fixed the issue. We are preparing a new update (v138) and plan to release it in the next few days. Simon

Hi Cassandre, Sorry to hear you're having trouble attaching photos. We're not aware of any bugs at this point. Our guess is that there might be an iCloud error. Are you able to open the problematic photos in the Photos app? If so, can you see the little download progress "circle" on the screen? Is it possible to attach the…
-
Hi Cassandre, Jira on iOS no longer needs to ask for permission from the user to attach photos to issues or comments. This is because the app does not need full access to all of your photo library. The app gets access to the photos/videos that are selected in the photo picker UI that appears when you select "Photo Library"…

Hi D_M_, I am sorry you ran into problems! We've identified a bug in recent versions of the Jira app that can make some Shortcut actions fail. We've fixed the problem and plan to release an update this week. If you are a beta tester of the app, you can download the fixed version (v134+) through TestFlight. You can sign up…

Hi @levente rádler , The shortcut looks okay, maybe it is a configuration issue. Could you please verify that: * Time tracking is setup properly as described here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-time-tracking/ * The time tracking provider is set to "JIRA provided time tracking" (In…
-
Hi @levente rádler and @Kirill Putryk , Interesting! If the action doesn't work, the problem might be that the input variables are not in the correct format. What I try to in this case is to inspect the values using the "View Content Graph" action. For example, I get the same error if I put in a negative number in the…
-
Hey @Kirill Putryk , Thanks for the explanation! I think what you're trying to do should be easily doable by just using three Shortcuts actions: * "Run JQL" - To query for the issues that you want to chose from. For example, you could query only issues that are assigned to you and that are In Progress. * "Choose from List"…
-
Hi @Kirill Putryk , Thanks for reaching out! Could you please elaborate on what you are trying to achieve and what error you're seeing? There are two actions that let you retrieve an issue: * "Choose Issue" if you know the issue key for the issue * "Run JQL" that lets you run a query against your instance and returns all…

Hi Anders, Thanks for the question! Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to upload more than one photo at a time with our iOS apps. Support for multiple photos is on our radar and we hope to be able to ship this soon. Cheers, Simon

Hello and welcome! I am happy to hear that Jira helps you get your work done. Yes, we do have a free macOS client for Jira Cloud. You can find it in the App Store and read more about it here: https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/mac Cheers, Simon

Hi Guille, If you open a Jira page (e.g. an issue) in Safari after you installed the app, you should see a banner at the top of the website asking if the OS should open Jira links in the app rather than the browser. The banner does not show up in Chrome or any other browser but it only needs to be confirmed once. I hope…

Thanks for the information! The version you have should be okay. We changed something on our side that should fix the problem. All you need to do is to launch the app, wait for a few seconds and close it again twice. After that, the user interface should look slightly different if you open an attachment. In this new UI,…

Hi Daniele, can I just double check what version of the Mac app you're using? You can get the version by clicking on Jira and then About Jira in the menu bar. The version should be a number in the 90s. There have been some download issues in early versions of the app but they should be fixed now. Also, what type of…

Hi Kevin, Thanks for reporting this! I was able to reproduce the issue and filed a bug with the team. Thanks again, Simon
-
Hi Lea, unfortunately, this is currently not possible. If a ticket has more than 5 comments, the app will show you the 5 latest ones (with the option to expand to see all). I know this is not the same as changing the order of the comments but maybe this helps to stay on top of everything?
-
That's correct. This feature is currently not available on mobile. I have created an issue in our backlog to consider this feature in the future. Thanks for the request!
-
Hi Mike, The Jira iOS app can show you the Roadmap for next-gen projects that have that feature enabled. You can find it by going to the project's backlog first and tapping on the Roadmap button (Three bars) at the top right corner. I hope this helps! Simon

Unfortunately, yes, users would have to use the desktop version of Jira until we have implemented this feature. Sorry for the inconveniences.
