Hi there! The AI summaries should be in the same language as the original content; however, we've heard some other reports that this is not always happening as expected. We're looking into a solution for this.

Do you have this Power-Up enabled on both of these boards? Power-Up data is not officially supported for Mirror cards; however, I have found that, if the same Power-Up is enabled on both boards, this will sometimes cause allow that data to show up on the Mirror card.

Hi there! Yes, you can create a new rule for this in the Automation menu. The trigger would be adding a card to the list in board 1. Then, the action would be "mirror the card" (this is in the "Add/Remove"). In that action, you can select the board and list where you want to mirror it.

@jeromegv This will be available (along with other improvements) before the end of this month. If you follow the ticket linked above, it will be closed with an update once this is available to all users.

Hi there, I took a look at your account, and it looks like you have 2 different accounts. Both of those accounts are members of one of your boards, which is why you're still seeing the "Guest workspaces". If you go to that board and look at the members, that will show you what the other account name is. It looks like that…

It sounds like you may have accidentally created a new Trello account. Do you have any past notification emails from Trello that you can check to see which email address was associated with your account? If you can log in with the correct email address, then your boards should still be there.

Hi there! It sounds like you're referring to the AI summaries for cards created from email, Slack, or Microsoft Teams. You can disable this by going to the "..." menu in the top right corner of your Trello Inbox, then going to "Settings," and then disabling Atlassian Intelligence.

Hi there! We have some work in progress that will prevent inline images, such as those frequently used in email signatures, from being attached to the card. They'll still be visible in the EML attachment. Files that were "true" attachments will still be attached, but there should be much fewer of those with this change.

Can you please share some more information about what you're seeing when you go to the members page for the Workspace?
-
Hi @Sofia Styrman, I see that several collaborators were removed from the Workspace after this was posted. Does this mean that this was resolved?
-
Hi @Karina Ebanks, the limit considers the number of users on boards across the entire Workspace, not only a single board. The board you're working on only has 6 members, but it's in a Workspace with 10 users total. This case is unusual because none of the members of your board appear to be members of the Workspace it…

Hm, could you try either viewing this in your browser's incognito mode, in a different browser, or after clearing your browser's cache?

Lors de la création de votre automatisation, il existe un menu déroulant dans la règle de création d'une nouvelle carte. Dans ce menu déroulant, vous pouvez sélectionner « mirror », ce qui créera un miroir de la carte qui a déclenché l'action. --- When creating your automation, there is a dropdown menu in the rule for…

The URL in the screenshot doesn't look like a valid URL. Does the Mirror card display normally on the board?
-
Hi there! Mirror cards are not available in board views like the timeline yet, but the work to support this is in progress. You can follow along with updates by watching this ticket: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/TRELLO-930

Hi there! Could you try logging out of Trello within Teams and then back in and let us know if that changes what you're seeing?
-
Hi! The closest option would be to remove the label's color, which you can do when editing the label. The label will then drop to the bottom of the label list and will only appear on the card back and not on the front of the card.
-
Hi there! If you refresh the board, does the mirror card render correctly after that? If not, is there anything else on the card after you refresh, like a label or a member?
-
Hi there! Is there any chance that you may be logged into a different Trello account within Teams? Could you try logging out of Trello within Teams and then back in and let us know if that changes what you're seeing?
-
Hi @Ruth, have you also checked the Guests list for the Workspace? If this person is a member of a board in the Workspace but not a member of the Workspace itself, they should appear in that list.
-
One more thing to note—we're planning to support list sorting for Mirror cards very soon; however, this will only apply when sorting from the list menu, not when sorting via automation. We'll consider adding support for automated sorting as a future improvement as well—thanks for this suggestion!

It sounds like you may accidentally logged in with a different email address than the one associated with your main Trello account. Can you think of a different email address that you may have been using for Trello? Your boards should all still be there once you log back in to that account.
-
I would also suggest that you include the URL for one of your old boards in the ticket you create; the team can use that to find out which email address is associated with the account that board belongs to. The most likely explanation in this case is that your main account has a different email address on it than the one…
-
Yes, that's right.
-
When this happens, it typically means that you're trying to log in with an email address that is slightly different from the email address that is associated with your Trello account. Do you have another email address you could try logging in with?
-
Hi there! The collaborator limit applies to the entire Workspace, so while there may be fewer than 10 members on the board that you're a member of within that Workspace, there may still be more boards in the Workspace with more members. If that's the case, the Workspace admin will need to either remove collaborators or…
-
To do this, you'll need to set up a rule so that when a card is moved on Board A, it will find a card on the Board B with card name {cardlink}{*} (this is the mirror card), and then move that card to the specified list on Board B. If the lists have the exact same names on both boards, you can use {triggercardlistname}…
-
Hi there! While there isn’t a way for someone to view a mirror card without access to the original board, you can get around this by having the source card on the shared board, and then mirroring it to your private board. That way, everyone has access to the card without changing board access. You can still do this while…
-
It's not expected for the "Copy" button to no longer be visible. Could you please share a screenshot of what you're seeing on the card back?
-
You might consider changing the trigger to "when a card is moved into the board" instead of just "added to," in order to reduce how often the command needs to run.
