Right now, it's not possible to filter for members on mirror cards—however, it's something we're looking into adding. You can follow along with updates here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/TRELLO-931

@Pete We believe this may be fixed now—can you please confirm if this is working for you?
-
This is expected for now, but we're definitely interested in including mirror cards in the calendar and other views. You can follow this ticket for updates: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/TRELLO-930#

We don't have any immediate plans for per-card permissions, but I'm tracking interest in it (including yours!), and I'd love to find a solution for the delegation scenario you're describing.

@Audrey Olivier Muralt There isn't a way to display Mirror cards in the calendar view for now, but it's something we're interested in adding. You can vote for it and follow along with updates here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/TRELLO-930

Hi there! One option you could consider is reversing the direction. So, have the source card on the shared board, and then mirror it onto your more private board. That way, everyone has access to the card, but access to the overall boards doesn't change. If you're using the private board to prepare the card and don't want…

Yes, card mirroring is included in Standard. There's effectively no limit to how many Workspaces you can create—however, each Workspace would have to be upgraded separately, so I'd generally encourage people to use a single Workspace whenever possible.

That's right! You can follow this ticket for updates: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/TRELLO-931

Hi Pete, this sounds like a bug. That message displays if the selected board is in a free Workspace, but I've checked your account and can see that your Workspace is on Premium, so this feature should be available to you. I've reported this to the team. We'll look into it and get back to you.

Hi @Kalyn Adams, I think I see the issue here. The mirror card has the source card's URL (or link) as it's title, not the same name as shown in your example. So, if you were starting with the source card and wanted to find the mirror card, you'd need to find a card titled {cardlink} (I'd recommend also specifying which…

The limit is for the entire Workspace, not just a single board, so it's possible to still reach that limit even though the board you're viewing only has 8 members. You can go to the Members tab for the Workspace to see and manage all of the collaborators in the Workspace.
-
We're not currently working on expanding Power-Up support for Mirror cards, but I'm tracking interest and will record yours!
-
I'm actually not sure which bug you're referring to—can you share more?
-
Any member of the board will see the "Mirror" button. If they click on that button to mirror the card, the list of available boards will only show boards that they are members of and can add cards to—just like how the "Copy" and "Move" menus will show different boards for each user based on which boards they're a member of.
-
Thanks for this suggestion! I'd encourage you to watch this request here, as we'll share any update here if this feature is added.

Hi, just want to clarify that it's not a bug that the original card is not archived if the mirror card is archived. That's intended behavior, because you might not want the mirror card on your board anymore even if the original is still in use. For anyone who always wants archived state to stay in sync, the automation…

In addition to re-creating the email address, there are some more suggestions for this scenario here: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/changing-the-admins-of-a-workspace-or-board/

@Bridget Knowles It sounds like there is an automation running that is adding you as a member to those cards, which is converting them from mirror cards to regular cards just as adding a label would. Try following these steps: * Remove yourself from the card * From the board view, hover over the mirror card without…

If an automation rule is adding things like labels to cards automatically, that can force the mirror card into a regular card. You can undo that by following these steps: * Remove the label or other information * From the board view, hover over the mirror card without clicking on it * Click on the pencil icon * Click on…

It's possible to set that up using automation. If you have the same list names on each board, it will look like this: Moving the the mirror card if the source card moves when a card is moved into list "{*}", find a card titled "{cardlink}{*}" on board "YOUR BOARD NAME HERE", and move the card to the top of list…

Hi there, we just released a new feature last week that could help you with this: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/mirroring-cards/ This allows you to include cards from one board onto another board. It won't mirror the entire list, but you can achieve that with automation by creating a rule that creates a mirror…

Hi there! We've just released a new feature last week that might be what you were looking for here: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/mirroring-cards/ If you try it out, I'd love to hear how it works out for you!

Hi Jesse, custom fields will be supported on mirror cards very soon, likely in the next few days!
-
@Pho_123 It's also possible to set your rules to only apply to regular cards (i.e., not link cards or mirror cards). To do that, you'll need to be in the "Advanced" mode when creating the rule. Then, click on the filter icon to add conditions for your trigger, and from there you can add the condition to only apply the rule…

This feature is fully rolled out now: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/mirroring-cards/ If you try it out, I'd love to hear how it works out for you!

Hi there! We just released a new feature last week that might be what you're looking for: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/mirroring-cards/ With this, you could mirror the cards from your various boards onto a single board where you could move them around freely. If you try it out, I'd love to hear how it works…

Hi there, we just released a new feature last week that might be what you're looking for: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/mirroring-cards/ Rather than syncing updates between two different cards, this allows you to include a card from one board onto another. If you try it out, I'd love to hear how it works out…

Do you know if the destination board has any automations running? If an automation rule is adding things like labels to cards automatically, that can force the mirror card into a regular card. You can undo that by following these steps: * Remove the label or other information * From the board view, hover over the mirror…
