  • It seems that you're running into this issue: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/TRELLO-1608 There's currently a fix in progress for this issue. In the meantime, I'd suggest going to that page and selecting Start watching this issue on the right panel. That way, you'll be notified via email whenever there are any updates.…
  • Hi there! You're correct that the description field shouldn't be available when using the "create new mirror card" option. For now, you can leave that description field blank, and that should correctly create the Mirror card.
  • @Rosie Fenwick-Rasche When a checklist is expanded on the card front, completed items are automatically hidden. When the card is open, you can select "Hide checked items" to only see the ones that are still incomplete.
  • @Femke Lucassen Thanks for trying it out! We're definitely eager to support this on Mirror cards in the future, stay tuned!
  • Hi there! The correct address is inbox@app.trello.com rather than info@app.trello.com.
  • This appears to be related to a known issue: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/TRELLO-1763 You can choose "Start watching this issue" on that page to follow along with any updates. We expect a fix for this next week.
  • @Jane Felton The checklist will only display if you click on that icon to expand it. Otherwise, it will just look the same as before. If you expand a checklist and later want to hide it again, you can do that by clicking on the checklist icon again.
  • Thanks for sharing that screenshot! This appears to be the app configuration page instead of the home tab. To get to the home tab, click the Trello app name under the Apps dropdown in your Slack sidebar. If the app is not in your sidebar, click "More" or use the "+ Add apps" button to find it. From there, the top bar…

  • Can you send a screenshot of what you see when you follow that link I shared above? It should take you to a page with settings, including this one:

  • Hi @Jordan Kennedy, you can do this by adding the "find the source card" action in the "Cascade" section of the automation builder. Then you can add an action to move the source card as a final step.
  • The collaborator limit applies to the entire Workspace, so while there may be fewer than 10 members on the board that you're using within that Workspace, there may still be more boards in the Workspace with more members. I would suggest that you go to the Members page for the Workspace. From there, you can see all of the…
  • When this happens, it almost always means that your main Trello account is using a different email address than the one you've just used to log in. You could also check your email accounts for any notifications from Trello to confirm which email address is associated with the Trello account. A board URL would also help. If…
  • Hi! We've shipped a fix for this — refreshing the board should solve the problem.
  • The collaborator limit applies to the entire Workspace, so while there may be fewer than 10 members on the board that you're a member of within that Workspace, there may still be more boards in the Workspace with more members. If that's the case, the Workspace admin will need to either remove collaborators or upgrade the…
  • Ah, I see. @Shindlay Nath Did the rule that Mike suggested work for you? If it's still not working, would you mind sharing a screenshot of the Mirror cards, the list header, and the automation?
  • Thanks @Mike - Dreamsuite Consulting! You can make this even simpler: when a card is archived, find the source card... ...and the on from there. "Find the source card" is an option in the "Cascade" tab, and it will only run if the trigger card is a Mirror card.

  • Hi @Abdulhadi Shamea. That Workspace is on a paid subscription, which is why you're seeing that message. A free Workspace cannot have more than 10 collaborators, but a paid Workspace can have fewer than 10. All members are included in the bill for a paid Workspace, regardless of how many members there are.

  • Hi @Bruce E Denny, based on this and your other post, it sounds like you may be logged into two different accounts. In the mobile app, you can select "Account" to see what username and email address you're logged in with. In the browser, you can check this via your avatar in the top right corner. As long as the mobile app…
  • Hi there! If you have AI summaries enabled for email-to-board, the card that's created will include any due date that's detected. Right now there isn't a way to add a due date without AI summaries, but I think it's a great idea, and we may add support for that in the future.
  • Hi there! We're currently doing some research on how users keep track of their work across multiple boards because we'd like to make this easier. Would you be open to chatting with us about this? If so, you can sign up for a session here: https://www.userinterviews.com/projects/nd9DL7cDvw/apply Depending on what exactly…
  • Hi there! We'd love to learn more about how you'd like to be able to visualize your cards from multiple boards in one place. If you're interested in chatting, you can sign up for a research session here: https://www.userinterviews.com/projects/nd9DL7cDvw/apply
  • @Kirk Davis I recommend deactivating the former employee rather than removing them from the boards and Workspace. This will keep them assigned to cards, so you can see what they were working on and find new owners for those tasks, but they will no longer have access to the board.
  • Hi there! Unfortunately that's not possible right now; creating Trello cards via "Save for Later" works best if you're not planning to also refer to the "Later" list in Slack itself. If you'd still like to use the "Later" list in Slack, you can use a different trigger to create Trello cards, such as reacting with the…
  • Hi there! When I looked up your Workspace, I saw that there are 3 Workspace members and 7 Workspace guests, for a total of 10. If you go to the Workspace members page, do you see different numbers there?
  • When you click on "Add a card," are you seeing the option to type in a card title at all, but then no card is visible after you finish typing? Or are you not even seeing the option to type in the card title?
  • Hi @Tania Ellis! You can create Trello cards from any email provider by forwarding the email to the email address for your Trello Inbox or board: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/creating-cards-by-email/
  • I checked your Workspace and can see that there is 1 Workspace member and 9 Workspace guests — meaning members of boards within that Workspace but not the Workspace itself. One of those guests is on a different board in the Workspace, but not the one you've linked to. If you remove that user from the other board, then…
  • @David M_ Slater While there isn't a way to fast track a feature request, you can vote on this here to help us track interest in this suggestion.
