Someone from the support team will be reaching out shortly to help you with this!

You could try using automation for this, either a rule or a button depending on how many other boards you're using. It's just two or three, you could have an automation button for each, and you could set the button to mirror the card and then move the original to the other board.
-
This is correct. If you would like for the guests to be able to view the cards, you can achieve this by moving the original card on the board that they have access to and then mirroring it to your main board.

Hi there! These automation tips should help you get what you're looking for: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Trello-questions/Mirror-Cards-Move-card-in-list/qaq-p/3025741

@Daniela Bada Is there any other email address that you may have used with Trello previously? Typically when this happens, it turns out that the original account was set up with a different email address, and so the attempt to log in again actually creates a new account because the email addresses don't match.
-
@Simone Eyles When it doesn't work, is there any chance that you're forwarding a message from a thread that has already been sent to Trello? In that case, the new message would be added as a comment on the card that was originally created from the thread, instead of as a brand new card.

We've just released a fix for this, and we're no longer seeing the blank screens in our testing. Can you please take a look and let me know if it's working properly on your end now?

Hi there! Are the lists showing up on the board still, but no cards within the list? If that's the case, you may have a filter applied on that board. You can remove the filter by pressing X on the keyboard while the board is open, or you can look for this "Clear all" option in the top right corner of the board:

The person moving the board must be an admin of the board, a member of the Workspace and a member of the Workspace you are moving the board to. I recall that you were a guest in the Workspace that had reached the limit, rather than a member. You'll need to ask a member of the Workspace to make you a member of as well, so…

@Rob Horan After you use the keyboard shortcut with the desktop extension once, the board and list you selected then will remain selected by default. So, you can press the keyboard combination to bring up the quick card tool, enter the title, and press enter, and the card will be created in the previously selected location.

Unfortunately we haven't been able to identify the cause of this one yet and are continuing to investigate. Although we've seen the issue, we're not able to reliably reproduce it to determine what's causing it. Do you know when your team started seeing this problem?

Hi there! I see that, in addition to your Premium Workspace, you're a guest in a free Workspace that has reached the collaborator limit. I'm guessing that the board where you're seeing this message is in that free Workspace instead of the Premium one. A member of that free Workspace will need to upgrade it to remove that…

Mirror cards are essentially embedded cards from somewhere else, without their own qualities. So, although you can see that the original card is complete, the Mirror card itself is not complete, and the automation rule isn't able to connect those dots. I would suggest adding a separate rule saying that, when a card is…

That's correct — if each of those 40 total users are only on a single board and are not members of the Workspace itself, there's no charge for them. Adding a member to a board does not add them to the Workspace by default — that would need to be done from the Workspace members page.
-
The collaborator limit applies to the entire Workspace, so while there may be fewer than 10 members on the board that you're a member of within that Workspace, there may still be more boards in the Workspace with more members. If that's the case, the Workspace admin will need to either remove collaborators or upgrade the…

Thank you for reporting this! We were able to reproduce this issue on our end as well. We're currently investigating and will share more when we have an update.

Given that you've already shown an incognito screenshot, would you please try temporarily disabling any browser extensions and seeing if that makes a difference?
-
The automation needs to be set up on the source board.

There is a 10-user limit for free Workspaces — this includes all members of all the boards within the Workspace, nut just a single board. When a free Workspace has more than 10 users, it enters a read-only state. When that happens, it won't be possible to add any cards to any boards within that Workspace or until some…

Hi there! The Inbox is private to each member, so if you're using a shared board, I would suggest that you use the email address for the board instead. Each member has their own unique email address for the board which can be found in the board settings menu. Then, each member of the board can "Watch" the list that the…

Hi there! There's no beta for this right now, but we do intend to add Inbox support to the desktop Quick Add tool before long.

For your ongoing automation, you can use "find a Mirror card" option in the Cascade section to find the mirror card, and then add an action to move the Mirror card to the "Complete" list or archive it. That should make this work going forward; Unfortunately, there isn't a way to archive all of the existing mirrors of…

This should be fixed now. By the way, keep an eye out for a new Trello Chrome extension coming very soon!

Hi! I can confirm this is a bug — not an intentional feature removal. We're looking into it and will report back in this thread when we have an update.

Hi there. Billing is at the Workspace level, so the pricing plan you choose will apply across everyone in the Workspace, not just a single member. The Enterprise plan also requires a 50 member minimum. If you have multiple Workspaces and would prefer not to pay for the same people in those Workspaces multiple times, you…

Workspaces are limited to 10 collaborators — this includes both members of the Workspace and also members of any board within the Workspace. If the Workspace has reached that limit limit, then the Workspace admin will need to either remove collaborators or upgrade the Workspace.
