The total cost of Standard would depend on the number of billable users in the Workspace. That depends on these criteria: Members of the Workspace itself are always billable Guests of the Workspace are billable if they are members of more than one board. If the guest is only on one board, they're free. We have some more…
-
@Shubhansh Maheshwari Upgrades apply to the entire Workspace rather than an individual user, so you wouldn't choose individual people to upgrade. Once you upgrade, the bill is automatically calculated taking into account all users. However, that doesn't mean that all users have to be paid for as part of that bill. That…

@[deleted] Can you share more about what you're seeing when you try to remove the guest?
-
Just want to let you all know that we're aware of this issue and are looking to get it fixed ASAP!
-
Thank you, we have been able to reproduce this on our side and are looking into a fix!
-
@Amanda If those users are admins of the board and you're not an admin of that same board, you won't be able to remove them from the board menu. However, if you go to the Workspace members and Guests pages, you should be able to remove them there.
-
@Kelly Vincent Would you mind sharing a screenshot of what you're seeing (with any names blocked out) so that we can help you to troubleshoot?
-
@Cristian Suarez Yes, that's correct. Exactly 10 people is also fine.
-
@Minjong Baek Q1. Do the 50 guests need to pay for the cost? No, because the guests are only on a single board within each Workspace. There's no charge for single-board guests. It doesn't matter if they're also on boards in different Workspaces, because the billing is per Workspace. Q2. Companies A and B are corporate…
-
@Cristian Suarez On April 8, if you have 10 or more people (members and guests combined) in your free Workspace, you won't be able to add anyone else. On May 20, if you still have more than 10 people in the free Workspace, the boards will be read only for everyone. Not just for the people who joined after the first 10.

@Dina Smith These tools are available now and described here: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/removing-collaborators-from-free-workspaces/
-
@uli You can see in advance how much it would cost to upgrade your Workspace by going to the Workspace billing page. To navigate there, click on the down arrow next to "Workspace settings" in the sidebar, as shown in the screenshot below, and then click on "Upgrade workspace." You'll be able to switch between monthly and…

@Victoria Camron It sounds like those users may not actually be members of the board. Try going to the board and clicking on the "Share" button and then looking for those the name of the guest. It should say "Member" next to it. If you see "Observers," you can change it to "Member" and then they should be able to edit the…
-
@Victoria Camron To change a Workspace member to a guest, first go to the Workspace members page. Then, find that user and click Remove. Make sure to uncheck box to remove the member from all Workspace boards. Then, when you remove them, they will remain on all of their boards as Workspace guests. Any guest who is only a…
-
@Andrijana Jokic Both Workspace members and guests count as collaborators, but only Workspace members are also admins. You can add a guest to multiple boards without making them members of the Workspace.
-
@Casey Umhoefer There isn't an export option for all collaborators. However, we will soon be adding an indicator of when a collaborator was last active to the members pages, so that might help with your audit.
-
@coxford The tools will be available to all free Workspaces by the end of next week, so if you don't see the option to remove a guest now, check back in a few days and it should be there.
-
@Omolade Alabi Although all members of a free Workspace are admins for that Workspace, if the person you want to remove is the admin for a board in the Workspace, or if they're a member on a board that you don’t have access to, you may not be able to remove them right now. However, I have some good news: free Workspaces in…

@[deleted] Upgrades apply to the entire Workspace rather to than individual users. All members of the Workspace, as well as all guests who are members of two or more boards, would be included in the total billable user count. Any guests who are only a member of a single board within the Workspace, however, are free. So,…
-
@Jeanie All 13 users would be billable if they are members on the Workspace or guests who are members of more than one board in the Workspace. Guests who are only members of a single board are free.
-
They will be available to all free Workspaces by the end of next week.
-
@Evelyn Guests who are members of multiple boards in the Workspace are counted as billable users, so it would be 11 billable users total ($55 per month on Standard, when paid annually, or $66 per month when paid monthly).
-
@Kori Sullivan I just want to clarify the timing—you can continue using Trello normally with all of your existing collaborators until May 20, after which you’ll still be able to view all of your boards. The change in April will only affect inviting new collaborators. We’ll also be offering a 30-day free trial of Trello…
-
@Kendra Gresham No, it works a little differently. It's not that 10 collaborators are free and then additional collaborators are paid; instead, free Workspaces are limited to 10 collaborators, and to have more than 10 collaborators, you would need to upgrade the Workspace. The upgrade is for the entire Workspace, so it…
-
@Dina Smith Trello only offers multi-Workspace management in the Enterprise plan. However, a free option you might consider is claiming your organization's domain with Atlassian, so that you can manage all of the Atlassian accounts on that…
-
@Charlotte R I would recommend the Standard plan, although, with any of our paid plans, if those 70 collaborators are guests of the Workspace and not members, and if they're only on a single board within the Workspace, they won't count toward your bill.
-
@Adam Grapes After you upgrade, you'll be able to enter any email address as a billing contact in your Workspace Billing page. The very first invoice won't be sent to that address, but you can download all of your invoices from that page, so you would be able to send the invoice to that person.
