If you have AI summaries enabled, then the information will go through the OpenAI servers for processing; however, the data will not be stored on these servers. In the case of cards created from email, because these are directly emailed to Trello, they are temporarily stored on Trello's mail servers, as you mentioned here.…

If you're referring specifically to the AI summaries when creating cards from email, Slack, or Microsoft Teams, you can disable this from the Inbox settings menu. Go to the Inbox menu, select "Settings", and from there you can disable Atlassian Intelligence.

The team is actively investigating this, but we haven't been able to consistently reproduce the issue yet. That's the hold up right now—once we can reproduce this, we'll start on the fix immediately.

Thanks for reporting this! I can confirm that this is a bug. I've raised this with the team and will let you know when this is fixed.

Hi @Nils! I added some more info in a response to your post regarding external observers.

Hi @Nils! Thanks for giving Mirror cards a try and sharing this feedback with us. I know many people were hoping to use Mirror cards this way, and I can definitely understand why you'd be disappointed by this. You asked if there was a technical reason. Mirror cards are not a separate card that syncs with the original;…

@Caitlin Way Is there any chance you're looking at the Calendar Power-Up instead of the Calendar View? They're very similar, but one difference is that Mirror cards are only included in the View and not the Power-Up.

Hi there! By default, any Trello card created from Slack will be created in the Inbox. If you'd like to select a specific list instead, here's how you can do that: Go to the home tab for the Trello app and enable "Allow card customization". This will bring up a screen whenever you create a card from a Slack message that…

This should be fixed now—please let me know if you see this happen again.

Thanks for reporting this! This sounds like a bug. Has this been happening the entire time you've been using this feature, or did it just start recently?

Hi there! It looks like there are 8 guests in your Workspace who are on more than one board. Although there's no charge for guests that are members of a single board, guests on multiple boards are billed at the same rate as regular members. This is where the extra $100 is coming from (8 * $12.50). We have more information…

It sounds like it's working for you now based on your comment here, but please let us know if you're still seeing anything that's not working!

We've just made a change to fix this issue. Can you please try again and let us know if this is working for you now?

Hi there—can you please try again and let us know if this is working for you now? We've just made a change to fix this issue.

Hi there! To clarify, were you sending the emails to a specific Trello card or to a Trello board? If they were being sent to a card, they would have added a new comment to that card, while sending them to a board would add a new card to the board. Have you received any email from Trello (including in your spam folder) with…

Hi there! The "Create card from message" shortcut creates a card in your Trello Inbox from that message with no next step. Can you check in your Inbox in Trello and see if the card was created there? From the Inbox, you can move the card to any board. Although there isn't a next step, there should still have been a…

The actions/comments panel is now hidden by default. If you select the "Comments and Activity" icon, which looks like a speech bubble, from the navigation bar below the card, this will display all of your comments and other card activity.

Hi @Anna Nadasdy, can you tell me more about what you're seeing? Are some boards in the Workspace showing in the list but not others?
-
Thanks for that information. Can you please confirm that the email address you are sending this to is inbox@app.trello.com exactly, with no extra characters? From the message you're seeing, it sounds like you may be sending to a card email address instead.
-
@Owen Cortner Thanks for reporting this. Could you please let me know when this happened?

This should be fixed now. You may need to refresh to see the change.

Thank you for reporting this! We've found the root cause and are looking into a solution.

Hi there! You would need to enter the personal message channel ID as you are now, as there is no direct mapping between Trello usernames and Slack channels or DMs.

Your automation will look like this: Trigger: When a card is moved into list {*} Cascade: Find a Mirror card on board [enter the board name here, you will need one for each board you mirror to] Action: Move the card to the top/bottom of list {triggercardlistname} The values {*} and {triggercardlistname} are variables;…

Since you are still logged in on mobile, on a different device, you can create a new Trello account with an email address that you have access to. Then, on your mobile device, add your new account as an admin for all of your Trello boards. That way, you will still be able to access those boards if you're eventually unable…

To make this easier, we recently added a "find the mirror" option in the Cascade section of automation rules. This will work the same way as the suggestion offered above.

Hi Melissa! Is this email in a thread that you've forwarded to Trello previously? If so, then forwarding it again will add the newer response as a comment on the card that was originally created, rather than creating a new card. It sounds like that might be happening here. If you try sending or forwarding a new email…

Hi there! Images that appear inline in the email but are not actually attached to the email will no longer be attached to the resulting Trello card, although they will appear in the EML file attached to the Trello card. However, any file that is actually attached to the email should still be added as an attachment to the…

Hi there! Right now, there isn't a way to drag an email from Apple Mail into the Inbox, but I agree that would be a very cool addition—thanks for the suggestion!

The user limit applies to the entire Workspace, not just a single board. So your board may have fewer than 10 users, but the Workspace it belongs to is at the limit overall, across all its boards.
