Hi Holly, Is your boss seeing other dates from the board in their Google Calendar and just not new dates, or none at all?
-
Hi Antonio, Right now, Trello can accept email addresses up to 43 characters in length. If your colleague's email address is shorter than that and still isn't being received, could you have him try the troubleshooting steps listed here:…

Hi Ian, Since it sounds like this involves data specific to your account, rather than a general question, this may be a better fit for our support team. Would you mind reaching out to us at trello.com/contact/? If you could leave the checkbox checked to give the support team temporary access to your account, that would be…

The CSV export is only with Business Class, but all levels can access the JSON export.

Hi Brian, Right now, there isn't a way to subscribe other users to a card without adding them as members of that card. However, if these are members of the board already, you can @ mention them in a comment on the card and suggest that they subscribe to the card. If they subscribe, they'll then receive updates about…

Hi Julien, As a first step, we'd suggest going through these troubleshooting steps to see if it's a problem with the browser: http://help.trello.com/article/736-troubleshooting-browser-issues-with-trello If that doesn't help, your best will be to reach out to the Planyway team directly. As the Planyway Power-Up was…

Hi Jozef, Is your colleague using Trello in the browser or an app? If he's using Trello in the browser, could you have him go through these troubleshooting steps and let us know how that goes?
-
Hi John, To get that information within the Trello app, you'll need to select "Show more cards". However, if you export the board, you can get a list of all of the board's cards that way, which will indicate if the cards are archived or not.
-
Hi Tim, Right now, there isn't a way to merge two cards. Instead, we'd suggest adding a link for the secondary card onto the original, and then archive the secondary card. That way, you can access that information quickly without having an extra card visible on the board.
-
Hi Jeffrey, If you need to receive notifications when cards are added to the board via email, I'd suggest creating another Trello account and adding it to the board to act as a "bot". You can then use that account's email-to-board address instead so that it will be considered the creator of those cards. Then, you'll be…

Hi Ed, This is due to a limitation of the current Dropbox API. You can find more details about this in this thread: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Trello-questions/Thumbnails-of-attached-Dropbox-files/qaq-p/637298

Hi Eric, Right now, there isn't a way to print an individual ist, or to print card covers without also printing the board's background. Because Trello's intended to be used primarily on the web, printing isn't something we're prioritizing right now, although it's true that there's room for improvement. That said, I'll pass…

Hi Brice, Right now, there isn't a way to change the duration of cards on the calendar. I'll let our team know that's something you'd be interested in. The board's iCal feed that you can add to Outlook or other calendars is a read-only calendar that can't be modified by those other calendar apps. However, if you'd like to…

Hi Jess, Checklist items are per card, and there isn't currently a way to view checklists from multiple cards in a single location. I'll pass your interest in that on to our team for consideration.
-
Hi Isaac, Trello doesn't have a built-in image editor or converter, so you'll want to convert those images to PNG files using an image editing program on your computer, and then upload the PNG files to Trello.
-
Hi Ed, I checked on this with our team, and it turns out that this is a limitation of the latest version of the Dropbox API. We're working with them to get this sorted out!
-
Hi Stefan, Thanks for reaching out! This isn't something that's currently on our roadmap, although I can see how it could be useful. This type of feature would be more likely to be developed by a third-party developer as a Chrome extension rather than as a core feature of Trello—however, I'll pass your interest in this on…
-
Hi Jerry, Unfortunately, there isn't currently a way to check off items on multiple checklists on different cards at once. I'll pass your interest in that on to our team for consideraion.
-
Hi Ed, I'm going to look into this with our engineering team and will let you know when we have some more information for you.

Hi there, I'm afraid I'm having trouble understanding the question. The inspiration boards are boards that were made up as an example of how to use Trello. They aren't boards that are actually in use, so they haven't changed since they were created. The tags in your Gyazo screenshot are different themes that we have sample…

Hi Vee, In that case, I'd suggest reaching out to us at trello.com/contact instead. That should allow you to send your message.
-
Hi there, While it's not possible to contact the creator of that board, if you have a Trello account, you can make a copy of that board, which you can then modify however you like. We have step-by-step instructions on how to copy a board here: Copying cards, lists, or boards Let us know if you have any questions!
-
Hi Lesley, Right now, there isn't a way to search only for incomplete checklist items. I'll pass your interest in that on to our team!
-
Hi Vee, It's sounds like there may be a word in your reply that's triggering a filter. You could try rewording your response, or you're welcome to contact the Trello support team at trello.com/contact.
-
Hi, Puneet! Right now, you'll need to have Internet access in order to view your attachments.
-
Hi, Michael! Currently, there isn't a way to convert labels to cards, or vice versa.
-
Hi, Vee! Because Trello will only send notifications for information considered that you wouldn't be expected to know about otherwise, it won't send notifications about changes created by your own account. If you're sending cards to the board using your email-to-board address, or by using your own account with Gravity…
-
Hi Adam, Great question! A copied card is completely independent from the original, so moving the copied card on one board won't affect the original card on the other board. You may be able to set something like this up using a third-party automation tool, such as Zapier or IFTTT. Or, if you're quite comfortable with code,…

Hi José, All costs on the Trello website are listed in US dollars. One thing to keep in mind is that those are the costs per user per month when paid in advance for the year. Our sales team would be happy to help you evaluate the cost and benefits of Business Class for your team. The best way to reach them is to send a…

Hi Alyssa, The first thing you'll want to check is to make sure that the cards on the board you connected via Cronofy have due dates assigned to them. Dates added using the Custom Fields Power-Up won't display on an external calendar. Also, to clarify, Cronofy will allow you to view due dates from multiple Trello boards in…
