Thanks for the update, glad to hear you have a better idea of why the error is occurring!

You'll need to have the create space global permission enabled first, if you don't already have it you'll need to get with your Confluence administrator. If you do have it enabled then you can follow the steps outlined in these links. The first link is for creating a blank space, and the second link is for creating a…

This is possible using Automation (either Legacy or new), but you could also easily utilize Confluence's Knowledge Base for this. Here is some documentation: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/use-confluence-as-a-knowledge-base-218275154.html The benefit of using the Knowledge Base is that when the customer starts to…

Edited to add: You will need to use Automation and not Legacy Automation for this This is already created in the Automation library, if you go to the Project Settings and then click on Library: You'll see an option for When all stories are completed -> then close epic. See the screenshot below if you need to create it from…

That reminds me that I haven't received that but just about every time I open community.atlassian.com I get the pop up that says I've been invited to participate in the Kudos program and I have to click through the three screens every time.

I'm struggling a little on using Team Central, I'd love to be pointed in the direction of some more documentation or videos on how people are using it.

Can you try uninstalling your current version of Big Gantt plugin, download and install the version that is compatible with your Jira instance here: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1213016/biggantt-gantt-chart-for-jira/version-history and see if that works? The End of Life error indicates that your Jira version is…

I'm interested in seeing the changes, do you have an estimate of when we will start seeing them?

Do you have access to the server? If not you could create a custom support zip (https://confluence.atlassian.com/support/create-a-support-zip-790796819.html ) and access the logs that way. You would want the application logs and the plugin information. Once you open the application log, you can scroll towards the bottom…
-
Do you have access to the error logs? You may have to look through the logs to see what is happening when you attempt to enable the plugin. Is your instance behind a firewall at all or do you have a proxy? Something could be causing an error with the plugin reaching the marketplace.
-
Which version of Jira are you on and which version of the plugin is installed? Does it give you an option to update it? You may have to uninstall it and re-install it.
-
Are you receiving an error when you attempt to enable it? Did you add the license to the plugin?
-
Unfortunately you can only have the comment screen pop up during a transition, but you could certainly utilized Automation to prompt users to add a comment after the priority is changed. If that would work for you, I could help you set something up.

Hi Emilie - The portal is mainly for customers to view the status of their issue and read any comments made, the way to view issues is pretty limited. Agents can work through portal requests using a board that an administrator creates:…

I think you are missing a single quote before your project key. Try using this: 'project'='AD'AND'Status'!='closed'AND'status'!='resolved'

Welcome!

There are a few plugins that would do this for you: * https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1215460/automation-for-jira-server?hosting=server&tab=overview * https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/697735/create-on-transition-for-jira?hosting=server&tab=overview Plus a few others if you search in the marketplace. Automation…

I'm excited to start playing around with them!

Last year I started to try to be more involved in the Atlassian Community, I hope to continue that momentum this year!

You have to enable it globally (on the cogwheel go to Products and then under Jira Service Management click on Configuration -> Customer permissions). Once it's enabled globally, go back to your project settings and you can allow anyone on the web access without logging in, or you can keep it so that they have to be logged…

Are you using a next gen project or the classic project? You may need to work with a Jira administrator to add the field to the screen depending on the type of project you are working with. Here is the documentation for next gen projects adding a field:…

That's actually a really good question that I'd like to know the answer to as well. Doing a quick search I only found this article: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/import-data-from-a-csv-file/ that suggests breaking them up but doesn't say if there's a specific limit.
-
Are the issues still showing up on the board itself or just in the Epic panel?
-
Can you explain a little bit more about what you're looking for? Customers can have accounts without it going against your licensing, or are you looking for customers to have the ability to create issues without them having to create an account for another reason?
-
Thanks for compiling everything :)
-
I would recommend doing a bulk move instead, do you have access to that? You can find out by going to advanced issue search and on the upper right hand corner of your screen you'll see an ellipsis button. See here for more information: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-core-cloud/docs/edit-multiple-issues-at-the-same-time/

Are these all within the same Jira instance?

Just sent you a message!
