Hello @Miyoung Mary Kim

Hi @Miyoung Mary Kim,what kind of jira project is it, classic or next-gen?And is it possible to make a screen print of the entire rule?In my Jira Cloud environment it looks different with automation.
Regards, Marco
Hi @Marco Brundel This is Jira Service Desk and used the next-gen template. I think I will try Peter's directions for this problem. Thanks.
Hi @Petter Gonçalves Thanks for your help. I'm trying to follow your steps but I'm stuck with finding Project Automation. I only see Automation in the Service Desk Setting.
After I clicked the Automation in the screenshot, it is the same place that I can't add the smart value.
Please help me to find the Project Automation. Thanks.

I believe you are using a Next-gen project. Is that correct?
If that's the case, I believe the project Automation must be displayed under the Apps menu:
Can you confirm that?
Yes, I'm using Next-Gen Service Desk. Yes, I found the project automation under Apps! will try it now. Thanks!
I'm glad that we were able to help you.
