Unable to enable JIRA Agile 6.3.3 after update.

Hello,

I updated the JIRA Agile plugin to 6.3.3. After update, the plugin automatically disabled itself. When I try to enable the plugin, I received a message "The call to the JIRA server did not complete within the timeout period. We are unsure of the result of this operation".
