Active Directory Users Deactivated

Question

We removed one JIRA Software Application Access group from a few AD users, they were still part of another JIRA Software Application Access group, but the users were struck through and appeared as deactivated in the User Management tab. What could be the cause?

Could you provide the filter of fetching users?

And it will be good, check default group and order of User Directory
