Services keep crashing

Question

Both, my jira and confluence services all of the sudden have started closing for no apparent reason. One time, it was due to permissions to folders that they lost, but now I cant tell why but I cannot start both services.

The servers just booted.  I will monitor them this week.  Now I have an issue with confluence and jira communication.  Will let you know how it goes.

can you get get to the log files and share them with us?

permissions, missing directories and database issues are the most common startup issues.
