Reply button missing from Atlassian Community

Good Morning,

I asked a question (Ask the Community) last week and received a great response!  I wanted to reply to the person and filled out the "reply" box but I am not able to send it.  I do not have a Reply Button, enter doesn't send the message and I've clicked on every button on the page which I think is a hot link.  What am I missing.

I've visited your question and checked.  There is a reply box, but no button until you put some text into the reply.

If you're not getting the reply button, I've seen that before when using IE to browse.  I thought that had been fixed, but I'd want to check that the javascript on the page is not throwing errors.  Also, do you get the same display as I do?  After putting some text in a reply box, what do you have?
