Is there a way to auto notify a user if they have not created a page by a specific date in Confluence?
Hello there Michelle! Natively, there are no "timed notifications" in Confluence. Notifications are generated when some kind of event triggers them, such as page being published.
There is a plugin in the Atlassian Marketplace that might be what we are looking for:

As of today, Confluence Cloud does not have this feature or a third party plugin that takes care of it.
We do have some feature requests that point at this:
