How can I switch a user account (linked with google)?

I'm working with a growing team that are all linked with a google business account. One of the members has accessed the project with his private gmail account and now linked all issues and tempo worklog. Is there a way to:

either: link the existing Jira user with his business account?
or: transfer all his Jira data to another user (linked to the other account)
