Jira (Next Gen) RSS Feeds on SharePoint

I'm attempting to add an RSS feed from my Jira (next gen) project to my project's SharePoint 2016 site. I've properly copied the RSS feed that I've exported from Jira and I've setup the RSS feed on the SharePoint site, but I'm getting the below error when I try loading it:

ProtocolError occurred trying to complete the request. The server returned a status code of : ProxyAuthenticationRequired and the status description is : "Proxy Authentication Required"

 

I'm assuming this may have something to do with the RSS feed being an external link and one that may require login credentials since it's going through Jira. Is there a work around for this or a way I can enter my login credentials for Jira so the feed works?

Next-gen projects don't have the option to manage permissions, so all data of this type of project will be restricted.

To add the option to login on the feed, please use the workaround below:

You may need to log in to Jira to view restricted data in your feed. If so, you can add os_authType=basic to the feed URL (e.g. http://mycompany.com/anypage?os_authType=basic) to show a login dialogue when viewing the feed.
