When trying to install Jira Service Desktop from Jira 7.11 I get this message:
An unexpected error occurred. Refer to the logs for more information.
What can I do to get Service Desktop run?

The message refers to the fact that there are errors in your Jira server logs which contain more information.
Could you please share that information with us? We will be able to tell you then what the issue is.
