Bitbucket Datacenter - User Management - Possible by CLI/Code?

Question

Anyone knows, what API versions is available on Bitbucket Datacenter?

We want to automate user management and repo creation on Bitbucket.

Unforetunately Bitbucket Cloud 2.0 does not have such functionality(But deprecated 1.0 had it)

Does Bitbucket Datacenter still support the API 1.0? or are there other alternatives to doing automated repo creation with user management on top entirely by code/CLI?

Are you running Datacenter or just Server?

Can see Bitbucket Server does still support user management over API - Hopefully that continues in future releases.

A bummer that Bitbucket Cloud does not offer this functionality.
