Thank you for getting in touch with Atlassian Community!
I've found this thread where it shows how to copy a comment using a Scriptrunner post function. It's from 2017 so I'm not sure if it still works.

The option that I tested and it works is by using the add-on Automation for Jira. There is a free version that you can use to test.
You can create the automation using the options below:
