Export all issues with time to first response and time to resolution as fields/columns

Hi,

 

I haven't found a way yet to export all issues (or a date range of issues) with time to first response or time to resolution included.  I can export the daily averages from the Time to Resolution report, but this gives the daily average, not the actual for each issue.  

 

When I try exporting issues from the issue search function, it doesn't offer time to resolution or first response as fields to export.

Ideas?

Since the fields you are talking 'bout are actually calculated fields, thus they are not included in the out of the box export. You would need to use a paid plugin like "Better excel" for this purpose.
