Windows XP?

Before I become involved, can I run my software using Windows XP on your system?

I suspect you mean the opposite - you want to know if JIRA can be run on Windows XP.

Technically, it can run on anything that runs the right version of Java. In real life, later supported versions of JIRA are not Supported on XP.
