migrating jira server to jira cloud - project configurator

Question

any recommendations  , can the add-on project configurator be used to migrate on project basis ?  from server to cloud instance ?  we only want to migrate certain projects from a number of projects -  the target cloud instance is new so no merging required.

Hi @John Boswell,

I guess Project - configurator is not available for Jira Cloud, So you need have different path

We also had similar requirement and we followed the path as recommended in KB - https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-import-a-project-from-a-jira-server-application-to-a-jira-cloud-application-779160760.html

This worked for us with out any issues
