Can you define a list in one page allow it to be called in another page?

Question

I would like to define a List Data object in 1 place but allow it to be used in multiple pages. This way, when the List Options change, I only need to change the List Data object once.

i.e.

Page 1:

Location table

| List | Location 1 |

| List | Location 2 |

Page 2:

Configuration table

| List | Configuration |

Page 3:

List definition

Option 1

Option 2

etc.
