How i can enable to show subtasks in Kanbam board ?

If you are using Jira core on CLoud then it's not possible, please see here
If you are using Jira Software on server or on cloud then you just need to make sure that sub-tasks are part of the underlying JQL filter for the board. Then the sub-tasks should appear in the "Active view" of the board (not on the backlog but active view)

Really in other project board i have this function enable, but recently i create a new board in another project and a try reproduce this feature in this board but i cant remenbemer what place in system i can enable this feature

Check the filter for the board.Is it retrieving sub-task or not.
Guess in normal Jira Software project it is possible to display sub-tasks with out any particular setups.
