When an issue is created webhookEvent fired is issue_updated but it has to be issue_created

Question

I have configured the webhook to fire when an issue is created. But, it didn't fire anything when an issue is created.

So changed the webhook configuration to fire when an issue is updated. For this configuration when an issue is created it fired the request.

Jira version: 7.12.1

Hello,

Did your workflow's create transition has "Fire a Issue Updated event that can be processed by the listeners." instead of "Fire a Issue Created event that can be processed by the listeners."?

Create transition by default fires Issue Created event but could somebody have changed it?
