Unable to create issues

Good day,

We purchased a Jira Software starter license after a trial period with Jira Software and Jira Service Desk.

After activating the new Jira Software license, the Service Desk trial period expired. We are now unable to create any sort of issues with a valid Jira Software license.

Is it required to uninstall Jira Service Desk?

Please try this workaround

Workaround

Navigate to JIRA Administration > Applications > Versions & Licenses
Remove the Expired License by clicking the "Trash" icon or update it with a valid license
