Filter query to search on a specific board name?

Can someone help me with the filter language to query on a board name? For example: I want to search for the current sprint on the Software Dev Scrum Board. 

The project has multiple boards and multiple active sprints so I'd like to pull just the board's active sprint.

Then specify filter = "Filter name" and sprint in openSprints()
