HI Team,

The Create/Edit Screen not popping When I open a Project / Issues its showing page loading
this is happening only when i open a projects and issues and when i right click on create and edit and open in new tab its working
when i click directly its not working as shown in screenshort attached
i have raised a ticket in atlassian they response is showing in screen short and when i looked at the logs its saying script runner error

This is happen after i update the add-on only if i disabled it its working but i have done some task with script runner so i don't want to disable it.

As the error message says, look at the 7th line and the error that says "empty array" - you can't get the first item when the array is empty. There is no custom field called customfield_10801.

Try using the actual name of the field, not the id. Or use a call that tries to get the field by its id.

The script is not working so i have deleted that script from Bheaviour and Script fragiment . Still i'm facing the page load error when i open project and Issue

when I right click on create / Edit button and open in new tab its working but when i click it directly its showing the 1st screen short that i have added above.

can you suggest me how to resolve it

HI Team,

I figured it out so In the Script Runner Add-on there are some modules to disable before it enable so I disable as suggested by Script runner add-on Support Team

Now Its working Fine

I encountered the same problem. When trying to edit a task via the Edit button or create it via the Create button, the screen darkens and everything stays the same. Only by opening the edit or create task in a separate tab or browser window can I edit or create a task. Before this, I had Jira version 10.3.1. I updated to version 10.4.0. The bug was not fixed. Please help!
