Adding more than 3 user in a bitbucket free plan

loquace

Hi

I have a free BitBucket plan. I successfuly added 3 users to my team but I was unable to add more, up to 5 granted. The from field were correctly filled but nothing happened.

I was first using Google Chrome and the app was totally unfunctionnal. I changed for firefox and the apps work fine but I am still unable to add more than 3 users in Bitbucket.

I also added Jira and confluence. A added all users needed there.

Any ideas welcome.

Thanks to everyone

Hi Sebastien, welcome to the Community!

I believe you're referring to your Team account and not to your individual account, is this correct? There are 3 users with access to the Team account, so you should still be able to add 2 more.

You said "The from field were correctly filled but nothing happened". Are you getting any error message? Were you trying to add them by their username or their email address?
