One to one support

Hi, is it possible to buy some private support hours dedicated by a professional from Atlassian to help with setting up a project, to explain how to use the features offered by Jira etc. The thing is that we have a running project. More and more people are getting involved and we want to take advantage of Jira quickly (but we don't have the knowledge).

Atlassian don't do that sort of work, they usually rely on the solution partners to do it for them.  Have a look at https://partnerdirectory.atlassian.com/ to find one near you.
