Nextgen search - epics

I've got a project in nextgen and I'm wanting to export all the issues to excel to print for a client. Unfortunately, when I enable any of the epics columns then no data is shown.

Is there another key I need for the epic in nextgen?

The functionality to search for epics isn't there yet, please see JSWCLOUD-17239.
