Bitbucket User audit help

Question

Please keep in mind I am NOT a developer but have been tasked with user management in our BitBucket account.

I am trying to get a list of users and their email addresses and there is nothing I can find where I can export a team user list to CSV.

Where can I get a list of all the users associated with a team so I can remove old accounts and users that are not working for us anymore?

Thanks

SJ

Over 4 years later and this still seems to be an issue. Per @sjamisorc response, I should be able to pull a complete list of active users on Bitbucket, in the same fashion as I can for Jira & Confluence. User should not have to create an API for this.

Just an observation. There seems to be a major disconnect relating to the standardization of fundamental concepts within Atlassian tools. I hope this is being looked into or at a minimum being discussed.

It's unfortunate that user audit functionality is not present.  I can't imagine a distributed development team of any size not being able to audit who has access and what accounts are still viable.

Hi Shawn! You can find that at https://bitbucket.org/account/user//plan-users/ where you should replace with the actual name of the team. However, although you'll see the list of users there, there's no option to export as CSV. Another way would be to use the Bitbucket Cloud REST API to extract this list of users but since you mentioned you're not a developer, I'm not sure that solution would suit you. If the list of members is very long, I'd encourage to find someone that can help you with that as otherwise it can we too time-consuming. Hope that helps! Kind regards, Ana
