Unable to run jira server installed with licence

I have installed jira server version, I unable to run it on my laptop.

Could you please help me for the same..?

Sorry, but I cannot assist you in any other way than with the help of messages. Please, see what is in your logs. We are interested in two log-files: 1. /logs/atlassian-jira.log 2. /log/catalina.out Check them both for error messages and get back to us with the results.

I have installed JDK, Installed jira. But unable to start the Jira, getting below error on web page...

localhost is currently unable to handle this request.

HTTP ERROR 503
