How do I run an inquiry in Confluence?

Hello,

I ran the Log Scanner and received the following error: Import Failed Due To Duplicate Entry Error

The Diagnosis is to run the following inquiry. How do I do that?

select username from logininfo group by username having count(username)>1;

Any help is greatly appreciated!

You have to run that against the SQL databse. Also, the database is supposed to be setup to be case sensitive. Which means the username should actually be capitalized as the column is in all caps in the table definition.

select USERNAME from logininfo group by USERNAME having count(USERNAME)>1;
