Is the roadmap option available in jira v7.12.1 server instance ?

Hi, I'm currently running the projects on a Jira software server version v7.12.1 and may I know how can I enable the roadmap option ?

No, next-gen projects, that includes the road map feature, are Jira Cloud only.
