how to set condition in Greenhopper board to restrict user drag from one status to the other status

I would like to useer Greeghopper board to manager our issues. I would like to add more customer status and add some contitions to restrict only particular usercan drag issues from one column to the other column, also, there are transtion between status, user can't freely drag from status to the other status, they need to follow the transition, is it possiable to user Greenhopper to do it? Thanks!

Yes. You would need to find the right workflow in the administration screens and create the workflow conditions and validators.
