Now is it possible to see this code coverage within pipelines? for PHPUnit?

Hello Samantha,

We currently don't have support for showing Code Coverage information in the Bitbucket Pipelines UI.

We have an open feature request that you can follow here: https://bitbucket.org/site/master/issues/15935/show-code-coverage-reports-for-jacoco
