Migrating a Server version of Jira to a Cloud Version

We currently have a working and licenced version of Jira hosted on our own Server. Retrospectively we are now considering if we should be hosting Jira (BitBucket, Confluence and Service Desk) in the Cloud.

 

What are the likely costs going to be made up of? Do we need to re-licence, or can our existing licences be transferred?
