Add ons compatibility when moving from JIRA softaware to JIRA Data Center

Question

Hi,

We have the system plugins installed in our JIRA software (server), and we are going to migrate to JIRA data center very soon. While checking Atlassian marketplace we got to know that some add ons are not supported in JIRA data center and we need to check with vendor for queries.

The vendor states that it is possible to configure the same. Has anyone successfully installed such add ons, like:

Barcharts for Jira
Time to SLA
Toolkit Plugin for Jira

Also, are the below add ons already there in JIRA Data Center? Or do we need to install them separately, and how?

System Plugin: Tempo Planning API
System Plugin: Tempo Core
System Plugin: Tempo Accounts
System Plugin: Tempo Teams

JIRA Software Finnish (Finland) Language Pack
JIRA Software Chinese (China) Language Pack

Also, i would like to know whether "Create Issue on Transition" plugin by Luxoft can be made compatible with JIRA Data Center 7.12.
The plugin is not listed in Atlassian market place, we are only able to download version history.

Any help??
